"great service" From the first phone call I knew I was going to be taken care of. Friendly staff and the mechanics know what they're doing. Unfortunately VW's involve a lot of labor which is the biggest chunk of the price tag. Nothing you can do about that. We had my daughter's car serviced in May and again in Sept with an oil leak both times. Matt and Phil thought outside the box to figure out where the crack was in the oil housing unit. It was not visible but yet they knew it had to be somewhere. Sure enough, they found it. Because this was the second attempt to find the oil leak they worked with us on the price which I greatly appreciate. I'm willing to bet this housing unit failed a long time ago but because the crack is not on the outside no other mechanic was able to figure it out. I have no hesitation bringing the Beetle back in for the standard oil change and any other maintenance that needs to be done.

ASR has by far the absolute best customer service I have EVER experienced. Not only are they considerate and friendly to their customers, but they are also incredibly honest. I was very fairly priced to have my vehicle fixed after being quoted absurd prices elsewhere. Their work is quality and their mechanics are fantastic. I highly recommend this shop! If you don't want to be ripped off, go here!
