I can understand why this place has so many high reviews. The people there are very nice and allowed me to keep my car there when I didn't have funds to pay what they were asking($3,000) for the steering not working. Well I got it towed and had a family member look at it who fixed it in five minutes. It was a loose bolt. A loose bolt!! They were going to charge me $3,000 to replace rack and pinion steering pump and tie rod ends when it just needed a freaking bolt tightened!! I really can't believe the mechanics with this much experience missed that and I'm almost afraid they just told me that to get me to pay for unnecessary repairs. I really hate to think that since they were so nice, but I mean come on! A loose bolt for $3,000?!! Two stars for customer service but I am so mad I spent over $200 just to have it towed... twice and was without a car for 2 months just because a bolt came loose and for whatever reason they couldn't just fix it! Either incompetent or crooked, neither one reassuring. As I said however they were nice and other people seem happy with their services. Oh, and they broke my key fob, I now have to climb through the backseat to get to the trunk. Take what you will from this review.
Erin thank you for bringing this to our attention. I wish you would have told us about this. We did try multiple times to reach out and make this right. We haven't been able to reach you. We wanted to compensate you for the towing and your key fob issue. I have spoken with the techs and it was clearly an oversight. I wanted to reassure you that if you had decided to get the repair done. We would have noticed a loose bolt, fixed it and would not have charged you. I do apologize, everyone here knows about this issue and we are working on not letting it happen again. As always we are very easy to work with when it comes to righting our wrongs. We just need the the opportunity to do so. Please give the shop a call or contact me directly (970) 443-3626. I'd like to help. James Owner
