I had the interlock installed last month & have had to come by the shop a couple times to get some help with using the equipment & once for my calibration. Every time I've been in, these guys were super helpful & friendly & always took time to make sure I understood how the breathalyzer works, even when they were really busy. I'm glad I chose Smart Start for my interlock device and I will go to ASR Automotive for any future work or maintenance I need done on my truck because they're honest & fair & it's hard to find good mechanics you can trust. I can not say enough good things about this company. I had taken my GMC Acadia to a dealership in town in Jan and had $5200. worth of work done on the front end. I heard a rattle and something wasn't right. Following a friends recommendation, I took it to ASR. They told me I needed things done to the front end that I had just paid for! I was shocked. I asked them to look at the receipt in the glovebox. Upon doing so, they sent an ASR mechanic with me and my car to the dealership to confront them. With out their help, I doubt it would've gone so smoothly. The dealership righted their wrongs and did some extra work free of charge. I since have taken my car back to ASR and had several things done on it. They are efficient, fair, do good work and cost effective!! I will go NO WHERE else and trust no one else. I was so happy to find ASR in Fort Collins. From the minute they answered the phone and all the way through to the end of my service they were very friendly and fast. I had my interlock installed with a different company in Loveland who acted very unprofessional from the start, didn't seem to value my time and hardly even trained me causing me to have problems with my device and costing me money. When I decided to switch companies my first priority was to find a friendly business who was professional and seemed to care and ASR raised the bar! They filled in the gaps in my training, had great customer service and made sure to let me know they understood my time was valuable. Hook, line and sinker, I'm sold. Thanks ASR!

The guys at ASR are awesome!!! They will take the time to listen to your concerns and then after they have had a chance to diagnose the problem they will sit down with you and explain what is going on. Their prices are very affordable and they always get the job done fast. I definitely recommend them for all your vehicle repair and maintenance needs!
