Great place to bring your vehicle! Customer service was top notch. They're very transparent, kind, and effective. This is my first experience with ASR and I am happy to say it has been great. I am an out of state parent of a CSU student, and therefore cannot oversee the work that needs to be done. Steve was awesome on the phone with me. He assured me he'd take good care of my daughter. Aside from the 10% discount offered to CSU students, he made arrangements for her to get to & from campus while the car had to be left in the shop, he also communicated with me directly to let me know what was going on with the repair. ASR has made a new customer for as long as we have a car in Colorado. Thanks Steve!

I had a great experience here. They were helpful and fair, gave me great advice which saved me money. They even let me come to the back warehouse to teach me how to change my own oil! I highly recommend!!!

I’ve given it a few months to consider changing my positive review to a negative review. I had spent probably a total of $10k trying to repair after repair to my ‘95 honda to the point it had an oil problem and they were guessing and like ‘let’s try this, not guaranteed it will work though’ over suggesting maybe just getting a new vehicle. Then I got rid of the Honda and let them know and I continued and still continue getting messages asking how it is. Then I decided to get my truck running again, figured they would be a good option as they were nice and thought they were treating me as a valued customer. I paid to get a full inspection as I was going to sell it, they stated the (4-5?) things that I should have done but weren’t urgent. I don’t think they checked the suspension at all as it broke on the buyer on the highway. They claimed I had just asked to get it running again when they clearly charged and showed they did some sort of inspection. Both joints were in terrible condition so the other mechanic replaced both. When I called to confront they said it wasn’t for a full inspection, even though they had recommended the 4-5 things that were completely unrelated to get it running again (it just needed a new battery and oil change). They said I denied doing the additional work so when I went to pick it up is when they said the additional things like transmission fluid change, which I would have done, so I ended up wasting the time of the person whom drove me to get the truck and my time. Ended up just taking the truck home. Days later I let them know I sold it and I continue getting text messages asking how it’s doing, that it needs an oil change etc. There is a lack of communication somewhere and it’s frustrating. Won’t be bringing my new car here :(
