Everyone there was super nice and they did a quick install for my interlock device. My only complaint is the card reader they have couldn’t read my card, and apparently there is no way to manually enter the information, which caused my process of paying to be more difficult than it should have been. Just seems like a bit of a dated system with no option to type in the information manually.
Stephanie, thank you for sharing your feedback with us. Unfortunately, that credit card reader is provided by Smart Start the interlock services company we subcontract through. It's unfortunately out of our hands. I agree it's difficult sometimes. However, FYI if you ever use our Automotive repair services we have almost every way you can think of to pay. Including contactless ways. text to pay and Venmo-like service.
